  • Why should I buy a renewed device?

    Renewed devices with 100% compatibility and performance are almost as good as new. They cost you a lot less, gives you value for money and are more sustainable. In comparison, using new devices that can not function entirely, may have major technical drawbacks and that undermines the essential purpose of use. In addition, new devices will cost you a lot more than renewed ones.

  • What is the difference between "Renewed" and "Used" devices?

    The main difference between "Renewed" and "Used" products is that renewed device have been inspected and checked to work properly and are therefore free of flaws, while products that are "Used" may be faulty. Renewed devices are devices that can be trade-ins by consumers that are effectively "New" items or maybe faulty devices that were returned under warranty and resold by the manufacturer after repairing the defects and ensuring proper function of the devices.

  • How do I know that the products are renewed and not just used?

    Trust and faith are the pillars on which we have built our business, we believe in reliability, security and transparency at Teckzu. All product information will be displayed under 'Specifications'.

  • What are the grades below the product and what do they signify?

    All our products are 100% functional. The physical appearance depends on the grade of the product. Below is the grade guide:

    Platinum: The devices are practically new with no damage to the device’s body or display screen. They’re the best you can get!

    Gold: The devices are fully functional with little marks on the device that may be visible but with no effect on the functionality of the device

    Silver: The devices are fully functional to carry out all your app functions without any setbacks. They have visible damage to the device body or screen but are available at a bargain!

    In short, lesser grades do not reflect the poor functionality of the products but only the visible signs of usage.

  • What is the battery condition?

    The battery condition of the device depends on the grade. The battery health should be ranging between 80% - 95%.

  • How does the warranty work?

    WarrantyByTeckzu© is the core guarantee offered to all Teckzu customers. All renewed products on the website have a one-year limited warranty* and covers any product malfunction or defects, that are independent of your use, such as accidental damage, loss or theft.

  • Can I sell my used device to Teckzu?

    Unfortunately, we currently do not offer this service so you won't be able to directly sell your device to Teckzu.

    After visiting the website, navigate to the top right corner and click on ‘Join’ and follow the instructions.

  • Is it necessary to have a user account to shop on Teckzu?

    No, it is not necessary to have a user account to shop.

  • How can I find out the technical information of the product?

    The technical characteristics of each product are given on the 'Specifications' section of each listing. In case you are unable to get the desired information, please contact the Teckzu customer service team and we will gladly assist you further.

  • Are accessories included?

    All included accessories will be found under the section 'What's in the box.' If there is no mention of accessories, they do not come with the product.

  • Are the accessories original?

    If an accessory is included with an item, it is completely new and compatible with the product and is not inherently original, unless otherwise noted.

  • Is it possible to order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’?

    No, you cannot order an "Out of stock" or "Temporarily unavailable" item. Nevertheless, the "Wish List" feature is available to remind you of the availability of the product as and when it is available.

  • What does ‘Out of Stock’ mean?

    'Out of Stock' will be displayed above the item, if it is not currently available with us. To get notified upon the availability of the product use the 'Wish List' option.

  • How can I track my order status and delivery?

    • Go to your Teckzu account and then visit the 'My Orders' page to monitor your order status and delivery.
    • If the order has been dispatched, please check with the shipping company with the provided tracking number.
    • Alternately, you can also visit the website of the shipping company and enter the details requested by the website to track the progress of your package.
  • What payment methods are accepted by Teckzu?

    We accept payment only through Visa and MasterCard. Teckzu does not accept payments via bank transfer or cheques. You can use Cash on Delivery as a payment mode if you are unable to make an online payment. With Cash on Delivery, you can pay for your purchase at the time of delivery. You cannot use foreign currency to make a Cash on Delivery payment. Only AED is accepted. For more info click here

    Currently, we only ship within the UAE and KSA. Nevertheless, we are constantly expanding so stay tuned for our updated delivery services.

  • How do I change my shipping address after placing an order?

    To change your shipping address after ordering, please contact our customer care to seek assistance. If the order has already been shipped and is out for delivery, you will not be able to change the shipping address. The package will be sent to the address that was originally entered at the time of purchase. If the product is not claimed, it will be sent back to the shipping hub, you will be notified that you can change the address.

  • Is there a shipping charge?

  • My order status shows as delivered but it hasn’t been. What do I do?

    If your tracking data shows that your package has been delivered, but you can't find it:

    • Please check your email for any confirmation of the delivery attempt.
    • Check if your neighbors or security guard have collected your product on your behalf.
    • In the unlikely event that you are still unable to locate your item, please contact our customer service team!
  • What do I do if I have missed the delivery of my product?

    In case you have missed your delivery, the courier service will attempt to deliver your package on the next business day. Further details on the shipment, will be sent to you via e-mail.

  • How do I return the product?

    To return a product:-
    Go to 'My Account'
    Click on 'My Return Requests'
    Select the item(s) you want to return
    Select the reason for the return
    Select your preferred location and submit request

  • What should I do if I receive a damaged package?

    If you have received a damaged product, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately so that we can initiate an investigation with the shipping company and refund or replace your device as soon as possible.

  • How will the money be refunded?

    Processing a refund may take upto 10-14 days

    If you've made a payment by Cash On Delivery, the refund will be credited to the store voucher.

    If you’ve made a payment using your credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to your card.

  • If I return a package, when will my money be refunded?

    The amount will be refunded to your card within 10-14 business days.

  • Can I open the package once it is delivered and return it, if not satisfied?

    All our goods are eligible for returns and exchange if they are returned in the same condition, as they have been shipped.
